Meal plan today
Breakfast:
Fruit Juice (Apple, Mango, Blueberry,
Cucumber, Lemon for freshness)
Lunch:
Veggie Juice (Tomato, Carrot, Celery,
Cucumber)
Veggies wrap (Tortilla, Lightly
Spread some Hummus, Cooked Chicken, and Baby Spinach)
Dinner:
Two fillets tilapia cooked in a tiny
bit of olive oil
Mushrooms cooked alone, no butter or
oil, just let the mushrooms cook themselves….SOOO GOOD!
A WHOLE NALGENE OF WATER, lol go me!
When I get paid again I will buy some
good all natural almonds to snack on during the day while at work....all out of nuts and money
